Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds are typically available for products that are in their original condition with tags attached. You may also need to return the item within a specific time frame of 30 days from the purchase date.

Conditions: If the item is defective or not as described, a refund or exchange is usually offered. Receipt or order number is required. 

Process: You’ll need to contact cbugman158@outlook.com, explain the reason for the return, and arrange the return shipping. 

Refund Method: Refunds are usually credited to the original payment method, and will be processed once items are returned.
